Samsung galaxy S4 is the most popular Android phone of the year,while HTC One has changed the way manufacturers to look at the camera tech they use in their phones.

Comparing CPU and Memory:- Samsung Galaxy S4 have 1.9 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 600 and 2 GB RAM, with internal memory of 16 GB of storage and optioned with micro SD slot,While HTC one has 1.7 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 600 and 2GB RAM, and its internally memory is 32/64 GB varient with no memory card slot.
